Columbia Capital Partners is an investment and syndication firm that focuses on providing investors with an opportunity to develop a wholistic wealth and investment strategy that minimizes tax-liabilities and maximizes financial growth. This is achieved through investments in real assets with real tax-advantages, cash flow and equity growth.

Many of the investments that Columbia Capital Partners are involved in can accept 401K and qualified funds, giving investors the opportunity to pivot during conventional market downturns.

Nick Timberlake, P.E.
Founder and President
Nick is a professional Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience in engineering, project management, construction, and development. He has personally been involved in design and construction of infrastructure, institutional, industrial, apartment and residential projects totaling over $200M in value.

Nick started his career as a Natural Gas Engineer for a Fortune 500 company where he became intimately familiar with the energy and infrastructure space. From there Nick gained expertise in platting, zoning, infrastructure and municipal ordinances as a Civil Engineer. It was here where he became a registered Professional Engineer. Nick then went on to gain proficiency in many methods of construction as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor in Missouri.

Nick has invested in 174 commercial multifamily and residential units and counting, as both a passive investor and general partner across Texas, Missouri, and Pennsylvania. Today, Nick has over $11M in assets under management.

Nick's biggest accomplishment is his family. He is married to his lovely wife Cayla. Together, they have two beautiful daughters Sophia and Sutton. They reside in Columbia, MO.
